Honestly the two are pretty interchangeable. It really just depends on your preference. Even when my sister was at lmu 7 years ago they were the same. Alpha phis tend to be a little more involved on campus but it is true they are very concerned with their popularity and Thetas have a bit less of a presence but also are more easy going (but I wouldn't go as far as to say down to earth, that's a joke!)
