Does anyone know details on when/where/how informal recruitment takes place? I just went through recruitment and even though some chapters introduced me to members on their exec board I still didn't have the best of luck of getting into the one I really loved. I know that sometimes you can be ranked really high in a sorority and LMU's weird system can mess things up. I was just wondering how long it usually takes before sororities start COB'ing people and how I go about that process?
