Taking all things into account (Academics, Intramurals, Songfest, Philanthropy, Brotherhood), the tiers are clear. 1 - Sigep PhiPsi 2 - Pike (Even though they "take anyone" which is BS if you ask me) 3 - Everyone else Why does it boil down this way? I listed five big aspects of fraternities at Toledo. The first tier excels in at least 4 of those. The second tier does so in 3. Everyone else, though they may have strong brotherhood or do well philanthropically, can't claim to be outstanding in any more than two categories I listed. All fraternities at Toledo have great aspects and are very unique to themselves, which makes it difficult to compare. But the categories I listed seem to be the 5 things that fraternity members at the university care about most.
