I honestly don't think this is something you should be thinking about or curious about. Different people have different opinions about the chapters they like and the chapters they do not like. Posts about rankings usually end up with people saying mean things about one chapter, comparing chapters, and building up some chapters at the expense of others. The idea of rankings and tiers create toxicity in the Greek system, and the Greek system should be about supporting each other and as a community working to make Lafayette a better place through philanthropy and chapter events. If you care that much about the rankings, scroll through previous discussions and you will find out what people think. However, I would advise you to spend your time wondering about more important and less superficial things. Best of luck to you next year during rush!
