Nice list but SAE should not be top 3. They throw a lot but they arent too involved with the school and their parties are for freshman. If you go to a pike, sigma pi, or fiji party: 1. the ratio is 20x better 2. It's not 300 degrees in their basement 3. the girls are a lot hotter and more popular sorority girls. Not to mention Sae is getting in trouble from the school. If you're not a freshman and can actually get in to a Pike, Sig Pi or Fiji party, you'd know that they are in a totally different class than frats like SAE and TKE. No offense to SAE but thy will never be in the same class as the other 3 frats until they get atleast another 5 years in
