Obviously a DG wrote this. All though no one likes theta, you will still be below them. The real ranking is Pi Phi, tied if not a little but better than Tri Delt (these two will always remain top tier) . . . . . Theta . . . . . . . DG Kappa as a close second, but will switch with DG if recruitment keeps going the way it has been.
