I think a Kappa Sig I know either said this will be their last spring rush or last spring rush would be their last. Other than that every fraternity but the delts should participate. As for girls? Not a girl but usually DPhiE and Phi Mu make quota and don't participate. Pretty sure PM DPE AOll made quota. Maybe KD did too. Contact the pan Hellenic office for accurate info, while there is factual and helpful info here, most people on here don't know what they're talking about.
