Names have a huge influence on where guys go to rush and where they don't. If a national fraternity has a good rep at most schools its going to carry over. DX came on spring of 2014 only a semester after KS did and look at how different the chapters are now. KS is now one of the bigger fraternities on campus and DX is one of the smaller fraternities. You can argue KS's success was also due to them being top tier before being kicked off but idk. I'm just saying that's a good example of how national rep can affect a chapters success.
