Since DX OX KA and SAE all run this site now I'm going to just right off anything anyone says on this thread as self promotion. Except the 1st comment, they seemed pretty unbiased. If I had to guess I'd say SAE or KA since they have the better names of middle tier, and honestly they have the least weird guys out of mid tier. Really don't like any of the Theta Chi's or Delta Chi's I've met.
