(Continued) KA: because theyre the first fraternity to charter without failure since delta chi did in 2008, unlike the first colonies of SAE and SN KA was able to charter. Great relations ith AOll KD and GPB. ThetaChi: because like kappa sig was befor theywere kicked off, theta chi was the best fraternity here. Theyre expecting to return to the top soon after affiliating their southern poly chapter so that means they have alot more cash bettrr grades and mor guys to try and bring girls out to parties. SAE/SN: because theyve already had colonies here and know how it needs to work for them to get into top like they were at southern poly along with Kappa Sig and Pi Kapp there. Plus they still have all those guys helping to colonize here and affiliate as well as being able to get a pledge class that is 10x bigger than theyr used to.
