The manors are located at west 22 just off of campus. They are 20 room houses aproximately measuring 5000 square feet dis including the court yard. Theta Chi is most likely the next fraternity to get a manor, since they had one previously before being suspended. Pi Kapp has been talking about it for some time. AOll is rumored to already have one, Phi Mu has been rumored to be looking for one for years as well as KD. This doesnt mean they will it just means they might. -signed. TRUE^
