when theta chi returns they'll be a solid 3 at best. and kappa sigs are the best but they aren't light years ahead of anyone. delts will stay at 2 and pikes will probably be 4 unless pi kappa pick things up and compete with parties after they get of probation. dphie, phi mu, and aoll are all solid top 3. zta kd and gamma phi will be fighting to break their way into the top 3.
