Unless you convince KSU/West/Haven to stop shutting down parties before 10pm it won't change a thing. You can restart these groups but they won't have the type of guys that made them good here they won't have the social connects with sororities. The only thing you'll have is their name here which is not big enough to make a newly chartered group into a top fraternity not even at KSU. It's not the fraternities here that are the issue, it's KSU faculty protecting creepy/weird fraternities like OX and booting the good ones away. They also have really bad policies for Greeks here. Sororities are half the size they used to be and fraternities are not close to the size they used to be, even PKP and Delt were way bigger before (120+ easy, KS and PKA were both at 150+ east) than they are now.
