the problem with that is the haven will start to enforce curfews just like west is RN, as soon as parties get big enough to start damaging property en mass. There will never be any massive parties with a thousand or two people attending and going wild. That time has passed. The fraternities that are left aren't big enough, and most of them are still new to the school and trying to create sorority relations. Looking back at the schools academic reports from 2010-2015 KS, PKA, DTD, OX, PKP were all between 85-120 guys. All paying dues. only half of OX and Delt pay dues rn, and they're 2 of the 3 biggest groups. It will be at least 3 or 4 years until greek life recovers if it doesn't die first.
