There's a KS who owns 2 houses in pine tree, which they can't use anymore because the Homeowners association has neighborhood watch patrolling 24/7 and calling the cops. PKP and DX used to have 2 of the closer houses to campus but I'm not sure if they own them. When I was here in fall 2016 that's where PiKapp and KS threw their blowouts. If any of you remember that's when pine tree HOA made a huge fuss about it and started to push things under. All of the older guys I know used to say Pine tree was where the biggest parties at KSU were, even bigger then west which was massive.
