In other words in terms of valuing fun, brotherhood, philanthropy, community service, etc. There are 5 groups that excell. -Kappa Sigma has pull with a lot of different groups and maintain solid numbers. 3rd oldest fraternity with solid history. Also have a few philanthropy and community service events that are popular. -Delta Tau Delta is a mixed bag, they have a bad rep with some groups but have other groups who obsess over them. New 2 oldest current group with decent history. Also very involved in the community and philanthropy. Great grades too. -Sigma Alpha Epsilon came from Southern poly with decent guys and have grown by making friends with other groups(DX) and throwing big joints. Also are tied for 3rd oldest continual current fraternity including time at poly. Need to be more consistent. -Pi Kappa Phi usually have the biggest party of the year but have been suspended a year. Theyll have enough guys to probably be the second or third biggest fraternity with a lot of good history here and strong alumni network. They're primed to recover very strong. Involved with community but not so much philanthropy and get In trouble a lot. Honorable mentions: -Delta Chi has had solid joints as well as events on their own. They have been involved but don't raise too much or do as much as others in the community. If you end up here you won't be disappointed socially or philanthropically. -Kappa Alpha has the name like SAE has and been at Kennesaw longer, Howe er SAEs joints as well as riff raff puts them over KA for now BUT KA has been very solid socially and their pull is solid. They are lacking with philanthropy but community involvement and grades are great. .................................. If you value competition more and don't want to do too much outside of that... -Kappa Sigma: you'd think they'd be more competitive being as popular and as numerous as they are but they legitimately don't care too much. Occasionally theyll win HoCo or greekweek but usually compete and win in several intramural leagues. All the other stuff said above keeps them here. -Delta Tau Delta is again a mixed bag. They've had some trouble with the school as of late but are very athletic and occasionally win HoCo/greekweek. But again inconsistent and mixed bag. But history helps them here. -Sigma Nu is athletic, very competitive and consistent. Of course less dominant athletically but still occasionally win. A lot of history at poly for them and are under rated. Outside of grades community involvement and competition they are lacking though but dominance in HoCo and greekweek can't be over looked. -Kappa Alpha is athletic and competitive. Their name carries some weight in this state and they do have some solid guys. Another often overlooked groups set to shine now that theta chi and Pike are gone. Honorable mentions: Pi Kappa Phi and Delta Sigma Phi: both have too many guys not to Be mentioned.
