DTD and SNu are what's left of the try hards after OX and PKA are gone. Pi Kapp has history and a bunch of dudes. They do small events sometimes and maintain a high profile which is sort of similar to DSig but obviously on a higher level. SP is getting bigger and better while AEPi is new and TKE is as well.
