"Im from one of the middle 3" Ok delt.. I hate KS and PKP equally and since im in neither i can tell just because they have really good tailgates and socials it doesnt make them top. If i had to pick between the two however Kappa Sig is unquestionably better. They both suck though. DX or SAE needs to be in the top 3. One of the 2 it doesnt matter. Maybe keep KS or PKP but a top 3 without SAE or DX isnt accurate.
