I can only speak for my sorority but I assume the others are along the same lines. We have a set semester price but we are allowed to pay it monthly. So we can pay all at once or divide it into months. My chapter even has a payment plan if you can't afford dues anymore. I do know that aoii is the most the first semester (your first semester at any chapter will be most expensive because of new member dues and such). I think aoii is somewhere around $800 the first semester. I don't know how much they are after that, but any aoii will tell you that literally everything is included. It's also worth noting that dphie I think might be the "cheapest" every month or semester (like their dues are the least expensive) but you have to pay for practically everything out of pocket, including all of their trips that they go on for formal and all of the events they have so dphie actually ends up being the most expensive sorority to be in anyways. Panhellenic will give you a sheet with the first semester dues at orientation so you can keep that in mind and don't be afraid to ask a sister on the first day of recruitment what all comes in their dues, how much they are, etc.
