KSU is not open for expansion and this is not how the expansion process works. All the panhellenic chapters need to vote to open, after studying the numbers trend. A notice is sent to NPC for interested sororities who are not currently on campus to submit interest packets. Those are narrowed down to typically 3 presenters. The come give presentations, voting happens and then the new group is announced. It could be anyone.
