So everyone has marietta housing but lets be honest... Theyre NOTHING compared to the old Pine tree/west 22 parties DTD OX and KS were notorious for 2 or 3 years ago. I hear there is a contingent of Alumni from some of the older top and upper mid fraternities looking into options for housing in Kennesaw... There have been rumors about this for years but apparently this most recent group is larger and more determined and also willing to work with the city on getting this done. I have no idea what this group is planning but apparently someone says they may be looking into buying off pieces of Pinetree and seperating it from the neighborhood and refurbish the houses as multi purpose living units. Idk if this is all real or not as it came from anothee greek and longtime friend and not my contact in the group.. Thoughts?
