Id also like to point out that they seem to have more success throwing parties or socials alone than other fraternities do. Hence their ranking, DX SAE KA OX SN PKA DTD all usually allow other fraternities into their parties or socials because they think it will help bring more girls. The parties DX SAE OX and KA throw PR and fund alone all dont have nearly as much success. Pi Kapps really the only other fraternity that i know of who has no problems keeping their parties on the DL and having a fair amount of success. Hence their ranking as well. If you cant throw a decent party on your own i dont think you need to be ranked too highly, which is why i have KA in the top 3. They at least attempt parties on their lonesome and while they have mixed results they manage to keep those parties more relevant than anyone else who does anything alone. Im just trying to explain my thought process here and defend my thread. Not sure if one comment about a KS party will completely discredit my arguement but whatever haha
