Top (no order): Sigep, DU, Lambda Chi, Beta Beta has fallen off alittle this year with a weak pledge class but are always a top house (they will score an a good class next year), and Lambda chi/DU with the best pledge classes. SigEps and Lambda Chi definitely party the most. DU has really fun parties aswell Middle: ATO, Sig Chi, FIJI, Theta Xi, Delta Sig(maybe) ATO's new house is awesome, but it doesnt mean they're an awesome house. Beware, I have heard alot of their pledges dropping this past semester. I have heard good things about FIJI's parties but have never been. Theta Xi is smaller and really well rounded with athletics and grades. They are not known for their parties to much though. Bottom: Pike, Phi Delt, SAE, Sigma Nu, Delta Chi, Tau Kappa Epsilon Pike has some alright parties, but bad grades and questionable guys. Phi Delt, SAE, Delta Chi, TKE don't get me started... Sigma Nu is in a lot of trouble, almost kicked off campus but hopefully theyll bounce back next year and stay out of trouble. Cool looking house!! Hope this was helpful!
