After this past spring 2013 semester I think the tiering has changed a lot! Top: Chi-O Pi Phi ADPi GPhi (could argue middle tier as well) Middle: KD Tri Delta (could argue top tier as well) AXO AXiD Bottom: SK ZTA Kappa I believe this ranking is more or less pretty accurate.
