Is anyone else upset that ADPi puts fines from Panhellenic in their budget so they can do frills, Bid promise, dirty rush and not show house tours? I thought kansas state was a no frills recruitment, not a “pay for frills” recruitment. In my opinion, they shouldn’t be allowed to formal recruit because this has been the case for many years, as they obviously have no problem paying the fine.
