Sigma kappa is not a top house. Lol they ranked 10th in grades last semester, their cost of living in the house is outrageous considering other houses have had newer renovations done and they're still cheaper compared to them, their return rates sucked during recruitment, their chapter doesn't raise nearly enough money for their philanthropy compared to other houses.
