I wasn't referencing girls who accept a bid and then not show up for bid night, or even girls who accept a bid and drop before initiation. I also know what COB means. By the way, joining a sorority and deciding a year later that you made the wrong choice is realistic. I do agree, recruitment and freshman year are fun times, and most girls truly enjoy the experience. But, if you realize later, a year or two, that you made the wrong decision, you have the conversations with your big and others, and still decide to drop, you can turn into a pariah at that sorority. No one should take your personal decision as a failure on their part. You are still the same person, you have just decided that this particular sorority is not for you. I do find it interesting that you have flipped this into an attack on "that girl" who changes their mind, making them the villain.
