Those three are probably the nicest houses on campus. There are a lot of good looking houses on the outside but on the inside they really need a renovation (tri delta and adpi). Also Zeta and Thetas houses are pretty good, but they are having no renovations anytime soon. I would say the top 5 houses (as in the actual house itself not the chapter) are, 1. Kappa Delta 2. Kappa Kappa Gamma 3. Sigma Kappa 4. Zeta Tau Alpha 5. Kappa Alpha Theta
