Hi, I'm actually in one of the top houses and I can honestly say that reputations for each house are far from true. There are girls in each house that study constantly, girls that party too much, etc. However, it doesn't hurt to keep in mind the reputation you would be taking on. Pi Phi's is being stuck up ChiO's is being too rowdy and partying a lot Tri Delt's is sleeping around ADPi's is being really intense and kinda weird
