this site makes me laugh.. me and my friend are ZTAs from OSU just looking at what other chapters are like and the funniest yet rude things we've read were about how girls in certain chapters will never be hot.. so do you mean those girls currently will never be hot or any girl to join wont be hot.. if beyonce or selena gomez or miley joined phi sig, chi o or axid (picked these because they seem to get the hate) does that mean they're no longer a attractive but "bottom of the barrel"? i think you all need to reprioritize
