AXiD was the only house not to make quota in the fall, so they can definitely recruit if they want to. Sigma Kappa and Alpha Phi are probably going to as well. There were big numbers in the fall, but the only thing that matters is if sororities are currently under total, which is averaged after fall recruitment. And girls drop, or don't make grades, or transfer or graduate.
