Let be honest--every positive ranking in this site is 95% likely a member of that house. Some houses get called out in self ranking, but EVERYONE does it. There also seems to be the idea that it's all "lower tier" houses. From what I've observed, it's more the top houses than the middle and lower. At least, I'd say most houses are evenly guilty of self promoting.
