The parties are spread out on purpose to give you the opportunity to visit several houses. Panhel has designated a joint bid day on the 13th. Everyone should be giving out bids on that same day. Alpha Phi and Chi Omega will take around a dozen girls give or take. The other houses will be taking less. Not sure exact numbers though....
