I will be attending URI next year and want to rush a fraternity. My sister is a sophomore at uri and is in a sorority. I ask her what the best greek org is and she won't tell me. She says it doesn't matter if you're in a top or bottom tier house. Just out of curiosity, what would you say the rank for each fraternity is on campus?
