Zeta has a lease on the house until the end of Spring 2015. Also Phi Psi is still a colony (and will probably be one for at least a year) so they can not officially use a house. By the time Zetas lease ends in 2015, Phi Psi will be a chapter and have every right to not renew the lease to Zeta and move in their chapter. Whatever Zeta does after that is up to Zeta.
