TheTruth is right, the best advice is to not look into these ratings. Disregard the bads and goods of each house and explore on your own. Trust me, I wish I knew that. When I rushed last fall, all I could focus on was getting into the top houses. I didn't realize some of the houses like SK and ZTA would be right for me. On pref round I got Alphaphi and AXO which was what I wanted. But then I realized that I couldn't see myself in either houses, so yeah please follow your guts not reviews.
