Letters of recommendation are welcome and COULD enhance your recruitment experience. If the chapter is aware of your accolades, community service and organizational service, they could potentially give you an additional invite or place you with the legacies thus providing a similar experience. Letters of rec aren’t needed to participate in recruitment, but they certainly won’t hinder you.
