Unfortunately, the most realistic answer to your question is simply: no. Having gone through pledgeship and presumably taken part in an initiation ritual you've pretty much written yourself into stone as a brother of that Fraternity. Now, like others have mentioned above, the only people who have the power to "remove" you from your Fraternity would be your Nationals. So, your only real argument would be to say that the current chapter lied to you and that they're misrepresenting the Fraternity as a whole. Essentially throwing them under the bus. Quite a douche-move, but really the only option if you're dead set on doing this. Good luck.
