Can someone tell me why Sigma Phi Epsilon has a house, yet doesn't do anything at it? Why do they have chapter meetings below the cafeteria and why they can't party at the house? I've seen that they can't even have mixers or have intramural teams. Why is that? What happened? Did they get in alot of trouble or is JSU shutting down their chapter?
