Make sure your digital footprint is clean. When you do get a job, don't invite coworkers to your social networking pages, only to your professional Linkedin page. Network with your sisters, get on linkedin and network with everyone you know. If you are going to a major city after graduation, find others from Iowa that are there and meet with them and see what's going on where they are working. Fraternities have been networking forever. It's time that sororities step up their game and get in on it. The men already have a club out there, it's called, "The Good Ole Boys Club". Ladies, we really have to work hard and network with each other. Not just your own sorority, but other sororities. Of course employers Google you. Why wouldn't they? If you have questionable things on social media, take them down! Frankly, you shouldn't put it out there if it is questionable to begin with...keep it classy!
