There's gonna be a recruitment fair at the IMU at the beginning of February where you can talk to guys from each chapter. Most houses will do events at their chapter houses if they have them, and at like bars and other places downtown throughout the week. Most fraternities have continuous open bidding, so if you express an interest in a particular house just get in contact with their recruitment chair and they should be able to help you out. For frats with houses, its typical you live in your sophomore year.
