Fall recruitment you basically visit all the houses for like a half hour and have a conversation with a girl you are paired with randomly and you narrow down each day the houses you like, at the same time the houses are narrowing down the girls they like so if you like kappa but they didnt like you you wouldnt go back to kappa.. its a mutual selection. some houses to informal rush and they are different with each chapter, usually you would jsut attend a sisterhood like event and talk to some girls freshman usually dont live in the house but for some houses you can but its very hard to get out of a dorm contract
