the nicest guys i've met are phi psi's, they say hi to me outside of frat parties or at the bars, they remember your name and care about actually meeting girls as friends not always just looking for a hook up. Guys in other frats give them a hard time but I have never met a phi psi who has been rude to me in the slightest, not saying other frats are all mean and rude but i've noticed phi psi as being extremely nice keep it up guys it is noticeable!
