Sig Ep - high memeber count and house known for its backyard activities Sig Pi - high memeber count and house in great location (the house is rented from Sig Nu) Mid: TKE & Pi Kapp: can say same about both. Membership around 100 and both recently purchased their houses and they need a little work. Honorable mentions: Beta - had high numbers for recruitment last year. Another big year could actually establish them as a respected chapter Phi Delt- coming back this year. Their house is legendary and will help build their numbers back up quick. However new university rules will impact how fast they grow.
