With new IFC rules coming to kill greek life. phi delt will not be allowed to live in their house for 5 years after they come back. If this rule passes I doubt they will come back as an IFC chapter and will probably pull an acacia. University trying to kill greek life with these new rules keeping phi delt, sig nu, delta chi, and kappa sig out of their houses.
