Alpha Phi's national has mandated that their chapters recruit in a way to take as many looks girls as possible. Then they are required to post on all social media (even gr) so the can comment on how pretty they are. This has been talked about for years and is easily available on the internet. Most Iowans would rather recruit girls that they like and respect. Everyone wants girls who are put together looking and have personalities, academics, connections, and activities.
