tri delt is a solid middle tier house, should be switched with theta. still a good house but they’ve been dropping in recent years, they shouldn’t be that high. switch dg and axid, dg has lost a lot of presence on campus while axid is rising. g phi needs to move down 1, they had a lot of trouble even getting a full pledge class last year because so many girls drop after bid day, chi o is way more involved on campus and they have a lower drop rate
