In my opinion this is a more honest representation of the rankings. People think certain houses will always be at the top/bottom if they once were but that's definitely not true. I see Tri Delt and ADPi going downhill every year but no one ever acknowledges it. At the same time chapters like AXD and AXO are getting better and in my opinion deserve a solid middle tier.
