I can assure anyone reading this whoever "IFC IUP" is, is a female who has some issues. As far as the fraternities go, things have changed over the years. All factors included Theta Chi has most assuredly rose to middle tier and Kappa Sigma is without a doubt a top tier fraternity. I enjoy going to these two fraternities just as much as much as Phi Psi and Sigma Chi. In my opinion Sigma Chi is sliding a little, still definitely top tier though. For sororities, Delta Gamma has been slipping and would more than likely be classified as Middle Tier now. Alpha Sigma Alpha is very enclosed to themselves and sometimes I forget they are even a sorority because I rarely see them at philanthropy or extracurricular events. Sigma Kappa and Alpha Xi Delta have rose to top tier and have been making some power moves.
