This is pretty close to how I'd say it is. DZ, ChiO, and Zeta are pretty much always switch around from who's "top house" that particular year. GPhi and PhiSig are about the same, with TriDelt slightly below them. AGD I'd put below TriDelt, and ADPi is slightly below AGD Then PiPhi is top of the Bottom tier with TriSig at the very bottom.
